More things I no longer believe
I did this a few years ago, and wow, there have Been Some Changes!
- I couldn’t possibly understand bash scripting
- The truth is always somewhere in the middle
- I’d never live in Australia
- At least not for long
- Trans people somehow accidentally reinforce society’s binary view of gender
- I understand bash scripting
- I’m straight
- I’d never live with animals
- My spiritual experiences meant something
- You should resist ridiculing a regressive majority viewpoint
- coffeescript would last
- White supremacy is a fringe view that is understood to be destructive nonsense by most of society
- God, as described, is good
- I wouldn’t stick with a vegetarian diet without a vegetarian partner
- Sex work is inescapably exploitative in a way that other work under capitalism isn’t
- I’m not that social, I can be ok when isolated
- There’s an overarching coherence to scripture
- I only regularly misspell a few words
- “Correct” spelling and grammar is a good proxy for intelligence
- It matters at all if you use semicolons wrong
- Going to theology school is a worthwhile choice
- I’m likely to only ever write one post about gender, so the path for that post should be
/gender
- I’m a guy
